"Something" Town USA phrase origins?

Main Post:

If the title isn't clear here are a few examples of the phrase.

Person drives into a town with lots of billboards: "Man this is billboard town USA"

Person steps into warehouse with lots of forklifts: "Jeez this place is forklift town USA"

Person visits friend's house and sees lots of art "Woah your house is like art town USA"

Any attempt at googling this just returned results about small town USA which is not helpful.

I've even heard some British friends use this phrase so it has spread beyond the borders of the USA. It almost feels like it might have an origin in a movie but I am unsure

Top Comment: There are definitely actual US towns that use the phrase unironically. Just off the top of my head, Huntington Beach, California is "Surf City, USA", so it probably just evolved from that. A city with a lot of something might unironically claim to be ___ City, USA, and it became a joke. I will say though, that I don't know if i've ever heard Town used instead of City. probably just a gradual change as it moved away from what it was based on
